Unless it specifically states it is designed to work with a particular mod, all such 'auto loot' mods use their own separate storage OR player Inventory and automatically STORE only. In the latter case you will have to move those items from that storage back into your Inventory manually, and then into VSS. It does not handle that automatically as it allows you to choose among a number of pre-defined VSS 'drawers/containers' to separate them.Дepending upon your 'auto loot' mod, it may store things in your Inventory, or in it's own 'virtual storage'. (My guess would be either in an array in a script, or in a hidden cell but it really shouldn't matter to you.) You do have to manually move items from your Inventory into the VSS storage, and vice versa. That is the whole point of a 'virtual storage system'. I'm not exactly certain 'where' the items are stored, but it is not in the Inventory and they do not count against your 'carry weight'.
